In this 90 minute workshop, you’ll explore the foundations of yoga through movement, breath, and self-inquiry, yoga is the practice of calming the constant chatter and fluctuations of the mind.

Through a blend of group discussion, journalling, and an embodied physical practice:

Learn simple breathwork practices (pranayama) to support your nervous system

Unpack the why behind foundational yoga poses and explore how to move with intention

Experiment with props to deepen your experience in each shape

This is a space to slow down, ask questions, and connect with your body in a more grounded, spacious way. Perfect for anyone newer to yoga, returning after time away, or curious to move with more awareness.

Come as you are! We encourage you to bring your notebook and a pen. No experience needed.
