About the studio
We're excited to announce our newest studio, conveniently located in Hackney E9. You'll find us just a short walk from Homerton Overground on Digby Road, moments from the vibrant Chatsworth Road and a stroll from Victoria Park.
Nicole, Flo's owner and a Hackney resident, is excited to share her passion for yoga and further strengthen the wonderful sense of community she has found in the area.
As we establish ourselves in Homerton, we're currently offering a curated selection of around 20 classes. The studio opens at least 15 minutes before each class, giving you time to relax in our reception area. We also provide a fitting room, toilet, and all the yoga mats and props you'll need for your practice. We look forward to seeing you on the mat!

Aimee
Aimeé is a sound practitioner and yoga facilitator, passionate about helping others build their self-care toolbox to expand their human experience.
Her journey of self-discovery has been deeply shaped by these practices, as well as her experience recovering from a stroke in her 30’s—an event that transformed her relationship with movement, healing, and resilience. This path has guided her toward greater authenticity, trust in her body, and the power of rest, softness, and strength.
Aimeé’s classes are designed to feel like a warm hug, leaving you with tools you can carry into your day.

Sammy is a highly experienced teacher with over a decade of dedicated teaching.
In her classes, Sammy aspires to share the profound benefits and philosophy of yoga, whilst fostering an environment of inclusiveness, joy, and playfulness, with an aim to both educate and empower her students.

Tabatha
Tabatha’s classes are infused with her passion and belief that yoga is for all to enjoy and experience.
Exploring a thoughtful blend of movement and meditation, breath and how it enhances our strength, focus, and fluidity in every pose.
Classes aim to both challenge and support, helping to deepen your connection to mind and body.
Tabatha also teachers Kids Yoga classes at both studios.

Jansel
Jansel is a Pilates teacher passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and connect with their bodies in a way that goes beyond the studio.
Her teaching style blends the precision of classical Pilates with the energy of dynamic movement, creating sessions that are both challenging and empowering.
Whether we're refining the fundamentals or exploring creative, full-body flows, her goal is to build strength, balance, and confidence—on and off the mat.

Marisse
Marisse teaches with the understanding that every body is unique—in anatomy, experience, and preference. Her playful, light-hearted approach creates an environment where everyone feels valued and supported, regardless of experience or ability.
Marisse’s classes are designed to spark curiosity and empower students to take agency over their practice. Expect her classes to flow with a slow yet invigorating energy, incorporating elements of playfulness while also grounding and creating space for stillness.

Zo
An Indian and raised in Sweden, Zo initially turned to yoga for its physical benefits. However, with consistent practice, he discovered that yoga transformed not just his body but his entire life, reconnecting him with his Eastern heritage.
Since 2017, Zo has been sharing the wisdom and techniques of yoga, hoping others will experience its profound benefits for the body, mind, and spirit. In Zo’s classes, you can expect a holistic fusion of traditional yoga principles and mindfulness, seamlessly integrated into the modern world.

Shaun
Shaun has been teaching for nearly 7 years. From yoga classes in London to workshops in Mexico, to relaxing retreats in Italy, to transformational teacher trainings in Peru.
He loves creating spaces for people to connect and be themselves. His classes help students discover a path of balance, practice and play.
Through humour and spirituality, he strikes a beautiful balance between keeping it light and diving deep. Honouring yoga as a spiritual practice, whilst keeping it fun and accessible for all.

Anna is a warm, welcoming teacher whose classes are grounding, nourishing and empowering.
Her style is open and invitational - she is passionate about yoga as a pathway for us to find out who we really are, and making our own choices about how we want to move and express ourselves through our bodies is a key part of that.

Mags
Trained in Vinyasa, Rocket, and Yin, Mags teaches with a balanced blend of energy and calm. Her approach is centred on meeting students where they are, guiding them to honour their unique physical, emotional, and energetic states for meaningful practice.
Her teaching extends beyond asana, with the intention for students to leave each class feeling more grounded, centred, and connected.

Kim is a Vinyasa, Yin and Pilates teacher who fuses Tai Chi, functional movement, and storytelling. Expect her classes to be creative and intelligently designed to leave you feeling stronger and renewed.
Having worked for years in the relentless worlds of fashion, design and tech, she credits yoga for saving her life on more than one occasion. She now shares its undeniable healing powers in her signature playful, poetic, and expressive style.

Chloe
London-based yoga teacher, Chloë Jay advocates yoga for mental health and wellbeing.
Having found yoga during a time when she really needed it 11 years ago, she's passionate about helping others unlock yoga's many benefits, both physically and mentally.
Chloë Jay has taken part in multiple trainings and believes in creating a safe, inclusive, but playful space for her students. Expect fun flows, breathwork, plenty modifications and a generous relaxation at the end of class.

Jenna Samji is a yoga teacher known for blending self-awareness, healing & transformation into her practice. With a background in dance & digital marketing she discovered yoga at 27 as a path to healing from depression & addiction.
Since qualifying in 2017, Jenna has been passionate about holding an accessible, relatable & empowering space. Her focus encompasses trauma-sensitive yoga & functional movement encouraging students to cultivate agency and resilience both on & off the mat.
She currently specialises in working with professional footballers & holds self-development workshops & retreats.

Pippa
Pippa teaches vinyasa with an emphasis on creativity, flow and accessibility, whether in a gentle or more dynamic class.
After finding her yoga practice as a way to create a space for calm amongst a busy city life, she began teaching hoping to share this with others.
She aims to create a welcoming space for practitioners of all experience levels, inviting all students to come to class and carve out some time for themselves.

Misha
Misha’s classes encourage you to become aware of your body and mind, letting go of expectation and meeting yourself where you are in that moment.
Her emphasis is not how a posture looks but how it feels. She is passionate that we arrive onto the mat with our individual body structures and history.
Guided by a strong emphasis on breath, Misha shares her studies and practice in hatha, vinyasa, yin, trauma informed yoga, somatics training and holistic approach of naturopathy to offer what her students require.

Miel is a dedicated Ashtanga and Rocket Yoga teacher, known for her passion for movement and deep commitment to the practice. Her journey into Yoga began as an extension of her love for movement but ended up forming a missing link in her mental and spiritual well-being.
Miel's classes are known for their energetic flow and attention to alignment. Through her unique background in dance and yoga, she creates an inclusive space where students can explore their full physical potential while developing a deeper connection to their practice and therefore themselves. Miel offers a powerful practice that helps students build both physical and mental resilience.

Eve is a Pre-natal Yoga teacher teaching pregnancy classes at Homerton.
She is a mum who is passionate about supporting birthing people on their pregnancy journeys.
Community is at the heart of her practice and she aims to make the class accessible for all bodies and identities.

Anna is a 4beat and vinyasa teacher passionate about sharing yoga’s power to create moments of calm and help regulate the nervous system amid the busy pace of London life.
Drawing on her experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, she aims to offer an oasis of calm in her classes where students can reconnect with themselves. Anna’s classes provide a physical challenge while remaining inclusive and welcoming for all bodies and levels.

Daniela has been teaching since 2012 in London's yoga studios, at festivals and events.
Her classes are uplifting creative experiences inspired by Rocket, Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Yin, that include somatic movement, mindfulness, playfulness, breath work, transitions and challenges.
Being able to read the room and the needs of the individual, she gives options and encourages students to modify or intensify to their needs
