Jo is a Yoga Alliance Accredited teacher and IPHM accredited sound therapy practitioner who trained with Yogarise in Mexico and London, specialising in Vinyasa yoga.

She is passionate about the benefits of yoga and sound healing, and offers a nurturing and approachable style. Yoga and sound have had a profound impact on Jo and have supported her through times of challenge and grief, this is where her connection to yoga really deepened.

Samantha began her yoga journey over 10 years ago, stepping into a Yoga class and finding a weekly sanctuary from the pressures of corporate life.
