About the studio
Our West Hampstead studio is conveniently located in the heart of NW6 and Hampstead NW3, just a short walk from the cafes and shops of West End Lane.
Opened in 2019, this original location has fostered a wonderful community that continues to grow. We offer 35-40 classes each week, covering all of our class styles.
The studio opens at least 15 minutes before each class, allowing you time to relax in our reception area. We also provide a fitting room, toilet, and all necessary yoga mats and props for your comfort. We look forward to seeing you in class!

Meet our Teachers

Hannah
Hannah began her teaching journey nearly a decade ago in India where she discovered the true power of yoga as a way of living. Later delving further into Advanced Vinyasa, Rocket, Yin and Philosophy.
Community and connection is at the heart of Hannah’s ethos, her classes will always be with a warm, welcoming spirit and an open heart.
Expect thematic, playful classes that weave together yogic philosophy and movement whilst also offering useful grounding and relaxation tools to keep you calm amid a busy city life.

Mags
Trained in Vinyasa, Rocket, and Yin, Mags teaches with a balanced blend of energy and calm. Her approach is centred on meeting students where they are, guiding them to honour their unique physical, emotional, and energetic states for meaningful practice.
Her teaching extends beyond the poses, with the intention for students to leave each class feeling more grounded, centred, and connected.

Radhika
Radhika is a yoga teacher specialising in Yin. She loves helping her students find physical, mental and emotional release through mindful movement and meditation.
Practicing yoga since childhood, trained in 2019, and now teaches alongside her work as a novelist and writer. Her classes are thoughtfully designed to nourish your body and mind, leaving you feeling grounded, spacious, and deeply relaxed.

Paula
Paula is a bilingual Yoga Instructor with over 14 years of personal practice and 6+ years of experience leading transformative classes in Yin, Vinyasa, Hatha, and Anusara Yoga.
She specialises in intelligently sequenced flows that support students in cultivating a functional and healthy body while offering a creative challenge on the mat. Passionate about fostering mindfulness, strength, and growth, Paula brings depth and innovation to her classes and workshops, guiding students toward greater balance and well-being.

Ammar
Ammar’s approach to yoga is rooted in encouragement and exploration. His classes create a space where students feel supported to try, whether that means building strength, finding balance, or stepping into something they once thought impossible. He believes that what happens on the mat can spill into life beyond it, fostering confidence and resilience in unexpected ways.
Committed to embodying what he shares, Ammar maintains a dedicated daily practice, always a student as much as a teacher.

Gemma
With almost 20 years in the wellness world, Gemma has a deep knowledge of the body-mind connection. Inspired by, and specialising in sound energy, Yin yoga, Kriya and Chinese medicine, Gemma weaves knowledge from multiple modalities to support, transform and heal.
Expect meditative journeys that invite you to remember your connection to the rhythms of the external world, with rich and potent practices that support the body physically and energetically.

Tabatha’s classes are infused with her passion and belief that yoga is for all to enjoy and experience.
Exploring a thoughtful blend of movement and meditation, breath and how it enhances our strength, focus, and fluidity in every pose.
Classes aim to both challenge and support, helping to deepen your connection to mind and body.
Tabatha also teaches Kids Yoga classes at both studios.

Bibi
As a dancer from Brazil, Bibi has always been aware of the importance of our own personal health. However, it was through Yoga classes that she came to understand the importance of taking care of the whole self: body, mind and soul and then Yoga became one of her passions.
She will guide you as you find your way back to your essence and learn to build a practice that feels right for you.

Aimee
Aimeé is a sound practitioner and yoga facilitator, passionate about helping others build their self-care toolbox to expand their human experience.
Her journey of self-discovery has been deeply shaped by these practices, as well as her experience recovering from a stroke in her 30’s—an event that transformed her relationship with movement, healing, and resilience. This path has guided her toward greater authenticity, trust in her body, and the power of rest, softness, and strength.
Aimeé’s classes are designed to feel like a warm hug, leaving you with tools you can carry into your day.

From the world of dance to the yoga mat, Ina's background as a professional dancer and teacher has shaped her unique approach to yoga.
Since 2007, she has integrated her love for movement with certifications in Vinyasa, Rocket, Dharma, Yin, Mobility, Pilates & Sound healing to create dynamic, flowing classes. Ina’s teaching emphasises breath, alignment, and mobility, offering a welcoming and empowering space for all students to grow and transform their practice.

Yarden
Yarden is a Pilates instructor, dancer, and dance teacher (BE.d). With a deep passion for movement and wellness, specialise in teaching classic Pilates.
Her goal is to inspire and guide my students towards achieving their fitness and well-being goals through effective and enjoyable workouts.

Shaun
Shaun has been teaching for nearly 7 years. From yoga classes in London to workshops in Mexico, to relaxing retreats in Italy, to transformational teacher trainings in Peru.
He loves creating spaces for people to connect and be themselves. His classes help students discover a path of balance, practice and play.
Through humour and spirituality, he strikes a beautiful balance between keeping it light and diving deep. He honours yoga as a spiritual practice, whilst keeping it fun and accessible for all.

As a dancer, Maya brings a deep understanding of form and precision to her Mat Pilates classes. Rooted in the classical Pilates method, her sessions develop both strength and flexibility while emphasizing posture, core engagement, and overall alignment.
With a teaching style that is both supportive and challenging, she helps students build confidence in their movement while progressing at their own pace. Whether you're new to Pilates or looking to refine your practice, you’ll move with control and purpose, leaving class feeling stronger, more aligned, and energized.

Marisse
Marisse teaches with the understanding that every body is unique—in anatomy, experience, and preference. Her playful, light-hearted approach creates an environment where everyone feels valued and supported, regardless of experience or ability.
Marisse’s classes are designed to spark curiosity and empower students to take agency over their practice. Expect her classes to flow with a slow yet invigorating energy, incorporating elements of playfulness while also grounding and creating space for stillness.

Andrew
Coming from a Massage therapy background, Andrew found that a lot of issues his clients had mobility issues, his passion for stretching led him to become a level 3 yoga teacher with the YMCA and then continued his study to become a mat work Pilates instructor, which is when the real understanding of breath, coordination and movement began.
Since 2021 his journey has led him to teach for the NHS and at The Houses of Parliament London. His classes are creative, dynamic & challenging, you’ll always be enlightened during a class with Andrew, all tied together with a sense of humour and a smile.

Rami
Rami came to yoga as a way to keep the body strong and healthy, but was allured by the mental space and clarity the practice provided.
Teaching since 2017, his classes place strong emphasis on the transformational benefits of the breath to guide towards a deeper inner connection, ultimately supporting our connection with others away from the mat.
Trained in Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Rocket, and Hot yoga, he enjoys practising various yoga styles and movement modalities, interweaving these into his classes to encourage curiosity of movement and stillness from his students.

Louise is a certified Breathwork & HypnoBreathwork® facilitator with a passion for helping others tap into their inner wisdom.
Her approach is rooted in compassion and the belief that the breath is a powerful tool for healing, restoration and self-discovery. Each session is a step towards a more grounded, peaceful and authentic life. Having experienced first hand the transformative nature of breath both personally and professionally. It is her mission to bring heart centred and cathartic breath experiences to nourish your body and mind.

Pippa teaches vinyasa with an emphasis on creativity, flow and accessibility, whether in a gentle or more dynamic class.
After finding her yoga practice as a way to create a space for calm amongst a busy city life, she began teaching hoping to share this with others.
She aims to create a welcoming space for practitioners of all experience levels, inviting all students to come to class and carve out some time for themselves.

Veronica qualified as a yoga teacher in 2016. She is passionate about making her yoga classes safe and accessible.
Her interest in music performance and healing led her to study sound therapy and trauma sensitive energy work.

Graciela is a certified STOTT Mat Pilates teacher and a practicing architect, bringing a unique perspective on structure, alignment, and flow—both in buildings and in bodies.
With a lifelong passion for movement and a background in various sports, she sees Pilates as the essential foundation for strength, control, and injury prevention.
Her classes are intelligent and energising, with a strong focus on posture, breath, and mindful movement. Graciela combines her attention to detail with a fun, down-to-earth teaching style that welcomes all levels.

Maddy
Maddy trained in Hatha yoga in India. After growing up in Cape Town and attending various meditation workshops from as young as five, she is passionate about weaving a sense of stillness and self-love into her practice, taking time in each pose to connect to the body and eliminate the inner chatter.
Outside of classes, Maddy is an actor and the host of a foodie Instagram and TikTok channel, sharing gut friendly recipes and bringing people together with community events in collaboration with mindful brands.
