Radhika is a yoga teacher specialising in Yin. She loves helping her students find physical, mental and emotional release through mindful movement and meditation.

Practicing yoga since childhood, trained in 2019, and now teaches alongside her work as a novelist and writer. Her classes are thoughtfully designed to nourish your body and mind, leaving you feeling grounded, spacious, and deeply relaxed.

Ammar’s approach to yoga is rooted in encouragement and exploration. His classes create a space where students feel supported to try, whether that means building strength, finding balance, or stepping into something they once thought impossible. He believes that what happens on the mat can spill into life beyond it, fostering confidence and resilience in unexpected ways.

Committed to embodying what he shares, Ammar maintains a dedicated daily practice, always a student as much as a teacher.

With almost 20 years in the wellness world, Gemma has a deep knowledge of the body-mind connection. Inspired by, and specialising in sound energy, Yin yoga, Kriya and Chinese medicine, Gemma weaves knowledge from multiple modalities to support, transform and heal.

As a dancer from Brazil, Bibi has always been aware of the importance of our own personal health. However, it was through Yoga classes that she came to understand the importance of taking care of the whole self: body, mind and soul and then Yoga became one of her passions.

She will guide you as you find your way back to your essence and learn to build a practice that feels right for you.

Aimeé is a sound practitioner and yoga facilitator, passionate about helping others build their self-care toolbox to expand their human experience.

From the world of dance to the yoga mat, Ina's background as a professional dancer and teacher has shaped her unique approach to yoga.

Since 2007, she has integrated her love for movement with certifications in Vinyasa, Rocket, Dharma, Yin, Mobility, Pilates & Sound healing to create dynamic, flowing classes. Ina’s teaching emphasises breath, alignment, and mobility, offering a welcoming and empowering space for all students to grow and transform their practice.

Yarden is a Pilates instructor, dancer, and dance teacher (BE.d). With a deep passion for movement and wellness, specialising in teaching classic Pilates.

Her goal is to inspire and guide my students towards achieving their fitness and well-being goals through effective and enjoyable workouts.

Rami came to yoga as a way to keep the body strong and healthy, but was allured by the mental space and clarity the practice provided.

Teaching since 2017, his classes place strong emphasis on the transformational benefits of the breath to guide towards a deeper inner connection, ultimately supporting our connection with others away from the mat.

Miel is a dedicated Ashtanga and Rocket Yoga teacher, known for her passion for movement and deep commitment to the practice. Her journey into Yoga began as an extension of her love for movement but ended up forming a missing link in her mental and spiritual well-being.

Miel's classes are known for their energetic flow and attention to alignment. Through her unique background in dance and yoga, she creates an inclusive space where students can explore their full physical potential while developing a deeper connection to their practice and therefore themselves. Miel offers a powerful practice that helps students build both physical and mental resilience.

London-based yoga teacher, Chloë Jay advocates yoga for mental health and well-being. Having found yoga during a time when she really needed it 11 years ago, she's passionate about helping others unlock yoga's many benefits, both physically and mentally.

Chloë Jay has taken part in multiple trainings and believes in creating a safe, inclusive, but playful space for her students. Expect fun flows, breathwork, plenty of modifications and a generous relaxation at the end of her classes

Geetu believes in the transformative power of yoga to create balance: both on and off the mat. Sara (she/her) trained as a teacher to share her passion and help others to move, breathe, connect, and learn in a way that feels right for them. She loves creating welcoming and accessible classes to ensure students feel empowered to make the practise their own and take the learnings off the mat.

Sara's classes are a space where everybody is welcome to show up exactly as they are. Whether you're looking to add more fire to your day, or take it easy; you will be encouraged to honour your body and make the practise your own.

Following many years of back and leg pain Ben first discovered a yoga class at his local gym and was blown away by the physical transformation and calm that he began to feel from it after a few weeks.

Ben particularly loves dynamic vinyasa based practices such as Power and Rocket, and classes will often feature a strong focus on following the breath, as well as mantra, meditation and intention.

Ben always wants to create a warm, friendly environment and community feel no matter what level, and hopefully help you to enjoy your practice with a lightness and a smile.

Sabina completed her yoga training in Bali and Thailand, where she studied Hatha and Vinyasa. She brings this experience into her teaching with a love for creative flow, balancing dynamic strength, mobility, and flexibility.

Her classes are guided by the breath, encouraging students to move with awareness and find their own rhythm. Sabina’s approach is both grounding and uplifting, creating space for exploration and connection through movement.

Yasmin is a yoga, breathwork & meditation teacher with experience facilitating spaces across the UK and New Zealand. 

Her classes empower students to prioritise intuitive movement over dogmatic shape-making — to explore the body’s natural rhythm with curiosity, playfulness and fluidity. Through this mindful approach, she helps people rediscover their connection to self, building confidence in both movement and stillness.
