Our most popular class. Go with the Flo! This vinyasa flow class focuses on transitions from one posture to another synchronised with the breath, helping to build strength and mobility and focusing the mind.

Yin

A slow longer held postures designed to put healthy stress on the connective tissue, increases mobility and calms nervous system. Using props to support the body to encourage relaxation. Good for sleep, restoration and flexibility.

Power/Rocket Flo

A stronger version of our Flo classes. Generates heat and builds strength. This class also encourages arm balances and inversions. Good for Strength and Endurance .

Intermediate Level

Flo to Yin

Yang into Yin, movement into Stillness. For when you need a bit of both. A balanced practice.

Mobility Flo

A dynamic movement class designed to build strength, flexibility, and control.

This class enhances joint mobility, improves movement efficiency, and develops active flexibility in a fluid, engaging way. Ideal for those with injuries, back pain, or hypermobility, as well as anyone looking to feel healthy and condition their body for deeper yoga poses.

Sound Bath

A deep journey of sound to bring you into a deep state of rest. Tibetan and Crystal bowls, gongs and chimes are used to invite the body into a state of utter relaxation. Can release stress and anxiety.

Kids yoga (3-5)

A fun and interactive class where children explore yoga poses through storytelling and music. They get to engage their imagination, and practice mindfulness with simple breathing techniques to help them focus. The class helps with memory, coordination, and emotional awareness while keeping things playful and engaging.

Kids yoga (6-10)

In this class, children will dive deeper into the rhythm of movement, the power of breath and introduce them to yoga sequences that help build strength, flexibility, and focus. Children will explore basic meditation and mindfulness techniques and not only learn the physical postures but also its key benefits-helping them feel grounded, focused, and connected. By the end of each class, children will be familiar with asanas, pranayama and will begin to understand how yoga can help them stay calm and present.

Teen yoga (11-16)

Teens dive into the deeper aspects of yoga, exploring philosophy, asanas, pranayama, and meditation. They’ll break down each pose, learn proper alignment, and understand yoga’s real-life benefits, such as stress relief and improved focus. This class teaches how to incorporate yoga into everyday life for balance and well-being. Students will break down each asana, learning the alignment, benefits, and purpose behind the poses. This class also emphasizes how yoga can be applied to real-life situations, helping teens manage stress, improve focus, and practice self-reflection
