Yin

A slow longer held postures designed to put healthy stress on the connective tissue, increases mobility and calms nervous system. Using props to support the body to encourage relaxation. Good for sleep, restoration and flexibility.

Power Flo

A stronger version of our Flo classes. Generates heat and builds strength. This class also encourages arm balances and inversions. Good for Strength and Endurance .

4 Beat Flo

4BEAT is a dynamic form of Vinyasa yoga where the breath is synced to the slow, regular beat of the music: a moving meditation. 

This synergy of breath, music and movement creates union. It is a sequence, a flow of Asana (postures) as a truly mixed level practice, where adventurous beginners move as one with frequent flyers.

Kids yoga (6-10)

In this class, children will dive deeper into the rhythm of movement, the power of breath and yoga sequences that help build strength, flexibility, and focus. Children will explore basic meditation and mindfulness techniques, learning the physical postures along with how to feel grounded, focused, and connected. By the end of each class they will begin to understand how yoga can help them stay calm and present.

Teen yoga (11-16)

Teens dive into the deeper aspects of yoga, exploring philosophy, postures, breathwork and meditation. They’ll break down each pose, learn proper alignment, and understand yoga’s real life benefits, such as stress relief and improved focus. This class teaches teens how to incorporate yoga into everyday life for balance and well-being, helping them manage stress, improve focus, and practice self-reflection.

Pregnancy Yoga

Our pregnancy class offers nourishing movement to help birthing people stay strong and supple throughout pregnancy. Each session includes breathwork, safe postures, and guided relaxation to ease common discomforts and prepare the body and mind for birth. Suitable for all trimesters - come as you are to connect with your body and baby.

Pregnancy Pilates

This class offers gentle and effective movement to support both physical and emotional wellbeing during pregnancy. Prenatal Pilates helps improve posture, relieve pressure from the lower back and abdomen. Encourages better breathing by creating more space for the growing baby. These sessions support healthy foetal development and can contribute to a more comfortable pregnancy. Regular practice also helps maintain muscle elasticity, aiding recovery after birth. Each class includes breathing techniques, core stability work, and safe pregnancy-appropriate exercises suitable for all trimesters.
