Yoga & Sound
Flo
Our most popular class. Go with the Flo! This vinyasa flow class focuses on transitions from one posture to another synchronised with the breath, helping to build strength and mobility and focusing the mind.
Suitable for all levels
Yin
A slow longer held postures designed to put healthy stress on the connective tissue, increases mobility and calms nervous system. Using props to support the body to encourage relaxation. Good for sleep, restoration and flexibility.
Suitable for all levels
Power Flo
A stronger version of our Flo classes. Generates heat and builds strength. This class also encourages arm balances and inversions. Good for Strength and Endurance .
Intermediate - advanced level
Flo to Yin
Half Vinyasa, Half Yin
Movement into Stillness. For when you need a bit of both. A balanced practice.
Suitable for all levels
Mobility Flo
A dynamic movement class designed to build strength, flexibility, and control.
This class enhances joint mobility, improves movement efficiency, and develops active flexibility in a fluid, engaging way. Ideal for those with injuries, back pain, or hypermobility, as well as anyone looking to feel healthy and condition their body for deeper yoga poses.

Gentle Flo
A perfect way to calm your mind and body. A slower paced Vinyasa with a more easeful approach.
Suitable for beginners or those looking for a slower practice
Handstands
A weekly class (currently only in West Hampstead) dedicated to building a real handstand practice. Explore the bio-mechanics of being upside down - breaking down alignment, developing body awareness, and working through targeted drills to build the strength and pro-prioception needed to find balance on your hands.
No prior experience is required, this class is suitable for all levels but some Yoga experience helpful
Sound Bath
A deep journey of sound to bring you into a deep state of rest. Tibetan and Crystal bowls, gongs and chimes are used to invite the body into a state of utter relaxation. Can release stress and anxiety.

A thoughtfully paced mat Pilates class designed to help you become familiar with the original Pilates system and its core exercises. Rooted in classical Pilates principles, this class focuses on core strength, alignment, breath and control. Expect clear cues, purposeful movement and options to suit all levels. A strong foundation for moving well — both in the studio and in daily life.
Dynamic Pilates
Energising · Flowing · Strong
A faster-paced, full-body Pilates class that blends strength, control and flow. Expect mat based and standing sequences with a cardio element to build up a sweat.
You’ll develop strength, coordination and stamina - leaving feeling worked, energised and uplifted. This class is great if you’re looking for a more challenging workout.
Sculpt Pilates
Slow burn · Targeted · Tonal
A muscle-toning Pilates class designed to sculpt and define the body through slow, controlled movement and time under tension. Using light weights and props, we target specific muscle groups for maximum burn, minimal impact and serious results.
If you’re looking for a modern intense workout then this is the one for you. Expect shaking, focus and deep muscular fatigue.

Body Weight Circuit
