This session was created as an invitation to soften into that feeling. To slow down, turn inward and reconnect with yourself through the senses.

Held around the New Moon in Virgo, it's a beautiful time to turn inward, create space for what is no longer needed and set intentions for what you'd like to cultivate in the cycle ahead.

We'll begin with ceremonial cacao, allowing you to arrive and settle into the space before moving into a guided meditation and an immersive live sound journey infused with Reiki.

As the sounds unfold, you'll be invited to let go of the outside world and sink into a deeply restorative experience. Vibration and energy will soothe your nervous system.

Through Reiki, you'll be gently supported to surrender and create more space within, allowing yourself to fully receive.

No previous experience is needed. Simply come as you are and give yourself permission to pause, receive and be held by the experience.
