Fascia is the connective tissue that wraps around and supports our muscles, bones, nerves and organs. When subjected to stress, injury or inactivity, fascia can lose it’s elasticity and become dehydrated.
This workshop will focus on releasing into fascia by combining passive yin holds and active fascia release with balls.
Expect to feel into areas of tension that you may not even be aware of and expect to feel a deeper physical release by the end of class.
All levels welcome.
