Discover the life-changing benefits of Conscious Connected Breathing with our 90 minute workshop designed for individuals of all experience levels. No prior knowledge is necessary – simply bring yourself, dressed in comfortable, loose clothing, and an open mind.

Our experienced facilitator Alex will provide a brief introduction to the transformative power of breathwork and demonstrate the simple yet effective technique. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to ask questions and gain insights before diving into a guided group breathing session.

During the session, you’ll lie on your back or in a comfortable, slightly elevated position and breathe together with the group, guided and coached by Alex. Though breathing in a group, each individual's experience is unique. The technique may evoke sensations of physical and emotional release and most participants experience a deep sense of peace and well-being.

After the group breathing exercise, there will be time for further questions and advice on how to incorporate the technique into your own self-practice.

How to prepare for the session:

  • Avoid alcohol and caffeine the day of the session

  • Don't eat 30 minutes before the session and stay hydrated throughout the day to promote a smoother experience

  • Bring comfy clothes that wont restrict the belly area for the breathe

  • Reflect on your intention for the session

Conscious Connected Breathwork is contraindicated for individuals with:

  • Epilepsy or any seizure disorders/Glaucoma/Detached retinas/Recent eye surgery/History of aneurysms/History of severe mental health disorders: Bipolar; Borderline Personality Disorder, Psychosis; Schizophrenia; Complex PTSD

  • Pregnancy: First Trimester
