The workshop will include:
Journal prompts to reflect on the previous year and set intentions for 2026
75-minute flow to yin movement practice to leave you feeling energised and refreshed
A guided Yoga Nidra meditation themed around New Year intentions.
Some beverages and snacks will be available.
Everyone is welcome - no previous yoga experience or skills needed.
