Join us for a deeply restorative experience that blends the long-held, meditative poses of Yin Yoga with the healing vibrations of sound therapy. As your body softens into supported postures, you’ll be bathed in the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments designed to bring the nervous system into a state of calm.
