In this class children will dive deeper into the rhythm of movement and the power of breath, and we’ll introduce them to yoga sequences that help build strength, flexibility, and focus.
Children will explore basic meditation and mindfulness techniques and not only learn the physical postures, but also its key benefits; helping them feel grounded, focused, and connected.
By the end of each class, children will be familiar with postures and breathing helping them begin to understand how yoga can help them stay calm and present.
