Our most popular class! Go with the Flo!  This Vinyasa  Flow class focuses on a transition from one posture to another whilst keeping a connection to the breath. Building strength and mobility in the physical body whilst quietening the mind.

A gentle style Flow leading into a Restorative sequence.

Like a little self massage, its sure to leave you feeling like you've mobilised and created space in the body and ease in the mind.

A perfect way to calm your mind and body.  A slower paced Vinyasa with a more easeful approach.  This is sure to leave you feeling mellow yet ready to take on the world.

Longer held postures that are designed to put a healthy stress on the connective tissue (the fascia, ligaments and tendons) rather than using muscles, the parts that are harder to reach without stillness, surrender and the use of props.
