Our most popular class! Go with the Flow! 

This Vinyasa  Flow class focuses on a transition from one posture to another whilst keeping a connection to the breath.  Each class consists of different creative sequences that allows you to work on different parts of your body while freeing the mind. Take as little or as much as you need that day so you choose the intensity of your practice!

FLO TO RESTORE

This class starts with a gentle style Flow to get the body moving and generate some heat, then leads into a more Restorative/Yin like section to calm the body and mind.

And like a little self massage, its sure to leave you feeling like you've mobilised and created space in the body and ease in the mind.


PERFECT FOR: A BALANCE OF GENTLE FLOW AND YIN

INTENSITY: 2/5

A perfect way to calm your mind and body.  A slow paced Vinyasa with a focus on a more gentle and easeful practice. 

You will hold poses for longer to allow your body to completely open up. Still working muscles, just not quite as intensely as in a Flo(w) class.  This is sure to leave you feeling mellow yet ready to take on the world.  Great for Beginners!

GENTLE FLO

Longer held postures that open the connective tissue in the body, the parts of the body that are harder to get to without letting the body surrender into the postures.

This element of letting go helps to  calm the mind, known to improve sleep and calm the nervous system by helping to put the body into rest and digest mode!
